I did not have a very long wait at all and Dr Cohen saw me and was able to listen to my issue and recommend a solution as well as schedule a follow up to be sure it was taken care of. Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have any issue, other than them not initially about to find my paperwork I sent in before I got there. They eventually did find it without issue.

My doctor there, Dr. Keenan is wonderful. She's kind, caring and thourough. Always tests my hearing and refers me out if necessary. My only complaint, is the long wait to see her at times.

BEWARE basic allergy testing appointment & tests charged $2,000, of which my insurance company covered under half. Very disappointed by their non-transparent high prices, my expectations regarding cost were not managed at all, leaving me extremely unhappy and with an enormous waste of money bill.

This is the single worst patient experience I've ever had (and that says a lot). I came into the office with tinnitus and was told by Dr. Cohen to get an MRI, which I did. Only after repeated calls regarding the results did I hear back from Dr. Cohen. He simply told me that I have a "vascular loop" was losing hearing in my right ear, and that I should hear from a specialist at Mt. Snai. Dr. Cohen could not even take the time to explain what this meant, possible treatment protocols, possible complications, etc. I only found out Mt. Snai wouldn't take my insurance because I didn't hear back from either Mt. Sinai or Dr. Cohen and called his office. I then received a message from Dr. Cohen (after repeated attempts to reach him) saying that I should call my insurance and ask if they have any doctors on my plan like the doctor at Mt. Sinai! I have since called several times with no return phone calls. So, to summarize, I was never sat down for a proper discussion of the MRI findings and what this means, I have not been referred to a Dr. who can actually help treat this condition, and I have not even received any paperwork from Dr. Cohen's office that I could take to a competent professional. I strongly encourage anyone to find another ENT doctor if you care at all about your health or that of a loved one who may be experiencing ENT-related problems.

BEWARE OF DR. KEENAN AND STAFF. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. INTIAL VISIT HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES WITH NO APOLOGY. FOLLOW-UP VISIT I WAS 10 MINUTES LATE FOR 630 APPT THE DOCTOR LEFT. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!
