I arrived at the ER a few weeks ago regarding an urgent medical condition, the staff in the ER from the time I arrived until departure early the next day, were super nice, caring and receptive to my needs. They are all to be commended! One doctor in particular, really put me at ease with her care and concern, and upon leaving, at the ER check out room, (BAA ED) employee, E406KL, you know who you are, went above and beyond to assist me at my time of need, I was unaware that I had left my wallet behind, and she went beyond the call of duty to ensure that it was returned to me. I can't thank you enough KL! I am truly grateful! You should be commended and recognized for all you've done!

This hospital is the most classless place I have ever set foot into. The workers all curse when they talk, some even at you. There's no politeness with the clerks on the maternity ward. They look at you like you have 3 heads or something. The security guards are totally unprofessional. He sounds like he's a horse or cow chewing on hay. Why are people like this hired for establishments that should be represented with integrity? There is such a lack of culture of care in this place. Makes me so happy I'm not a patient here. I probably would die.

I came to Mt. Sinai as a child and this hospital was great but now I can say this hospital is the worst. I'm so glad I have move from this area. My mom and I was in the E.R. waiting to be discharged for a whole 8 hours. No joke. They had people everywhere just sitting sick. If I ever get sick in NYC. I will never go there again. Hoboken Medical is the best.

Good hospital. Care is good. We see patients from this hospital and they always have nice things to say about the staff. Especially the nurses and the dialysis technicians.

I left messages at the wheelchair clinic for months. They simply do not respond. If you are looking for a doctor to masturbate on you Mount Sinai is the right place. Just not a very good location so far as wheelchair clinic appointments are concerned.
