I was very disappointed with the way Dr. Pender's office billed me for my visit. Dr. Pender is experienced, his bedside manner is good, and his staff if friendly but I was charged double for physician services and billed for surgical procedure without receiving such a procedure. I called several times and got the run around. I truly appreciated the relief he provided, but I will never visit his office again for fear of being way over charged again.

The staff was nice and professional.  Dr. Pender was very attentive to all my symptoms.
