They said that they could help me with my BPPV. Let's just say after leaving the office I was in no better shape. And on top of everything, they sent me a bill without submitting it to my insurance. Then after not receiving a statement for 19 months, they sent me to collections. They told me that they sent a statement last month. I looked all over for it. When I called back, they told me the last statement went out march of 2016. Their billing department is just as good as the so called doctors. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Mendelson is great at what he does and has awesome bed side manor. He has a great staff as well. They are all very personable and remember things I tell them about myself. My insurance is being difficult and Dr. Mendelson is helping us dispute the insurance.

Complete Waste of time!!! waited an hour to get called back and then got called back only to wait another half an hour in the room!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. (No it was not busy) I should have read the reviews before I made an appointment !!!

I had sinus surgery performed at the end of October 2012.  Dr. Mendelson is an excellent surgeon and explained everything that was going to happen.  The follow-up care was also superb.  His office staff was always friendly and efficient.  I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of care.

After spending two months trying to get this office to verify that my insurance had indeed given a prior authorization, it took four visits for Dr. Mendelson to refuse to treat the root cause of my issue (tonsillar hypertrophy, which has caused me a whole host of health issues), instead insisting that we waste time by treating only one of the symptoms (sleep apnea). When I questioned his treatment and suggested that treating symptoms versus the root cause of a condition was contradicotory to basic medicine, he rudely chastised me for not listening to the "doctor" in the room. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional practice that is more beholden to insurance companies than they are to the health of their patients!
