While my doctor seemed good, the office staff is inept. I called four times before somebody took the effort to resolve my issue. Twice i asked to speak to the manager but was told manager was busy and to leave a number. Manager never called.
 Now I am being told I've missed appointments that weren't in my calendar. Paying the fee outrageous fee (75/per supposedly missed visits, but seeking a more professional practice.

They charge $25 to fax a form to the insurance company that MUST come from the Dr office. Extortion specialists.
