My initial contact with this store left a sour taste in my mouth. Caroline (I believe) was extremely rude and did not display the kind of customer service that has this company in mind. Growing up I remember everyone being so friendly. Now its like everyone in customer service hates the job. I had no other choice but to try this place again. At this point I began to work with Marcus. He was so extremely nice and he went out of his way to make sure that I was accommodated in every way possible. The only reason I would use this location again is because of him.

They are awful with communication...Ruined our whole family vacation... Manager is nonchalant and does not care, Employees don't know what you need..Was asked if I had a Credit Card, was not told that I had to have one to rent a certain type of vehicle, called and spoke to a manger before coming by the name of Andy what I needed if I didnt have one he said 2 bills with no disconnect notice..Got there talked to the same Manager Andy and had everything he asked for and could not get the vehicle..Supposed to leave for Disney at 5am.. but ill be stuck looking for a family vehicle, for my family!

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The young gentleman that waited on me was so nice and courteous. Asked me what would I like to ride in, I pointed at it and I was in and out.

The Branch Rental Manager, Andy Kern, stands behind employees who do not follow corporate policy. Enterprise Holdings, Inc., there is a more lengthy letter written for you regarding this car rental. There is a claim made stating that I damaged the roof of a Jeep Patriot. It was originally "inspected" by a female employee, Brittany (sp?) and she did not inspect the roof during our walk-around before we left with the SUV. 1300+ miles and 2 days later when I arrived at my RI destination, I exchanged the Jeep Patriot for something that did not smell of smoke or have copious long dog hair. When I exchanged this vehicle for another at the Narragansett, RI Enterprise branch, a conscientious female employee documented roof damage. She stood up on the rear tires. (I’m sorry that I don’t recall your name.) She asked if we drove through hail. My husband who stands at 6’1” could not see the damage unless he was straining on his toes, and even then, he only noticed damaged to the rear of the roof. He stood on the wheels himself to see the magnitude of the roof damage. My husband explained Brittany’s “inspection” to this employee and she replied that she was sorry, but that employees lose their jobs for not reporting such damage and that some Enterprise branches were better than others. She also explained it is Enterprise's policy to inspect every inch of the vehicle including the roof. She further explained that the Enterprise employee is to stand on running boards, if present, or the wheels of the vehicles in order to fully inspect the vehicles' roofs. I do not fault this Narragansett, RI Enterprise employee for conducting her job so thoroughly. The Jeep Patriot was exchanged for an extremely clean Jeep Compass. Today, I returned the Jeep Compass and I discussed this with the manager, Mr. Kern, hoping to obtain some resolution at his level. Brittany admit, in the presence of Mr. Kern, that “with those big vehicles, a Jeep Patriot, a full size pick-up or van, I do not get up on the wheel, I just glance at the roof.” She stands at about 5’2”. In the flat parking lot, Brittany “glanced at [the roof]” of the Jeep Patriot. I requested from Andy that he have Brittany write an addendum regarding her height and how she visually inspected the roof of the vehicle as it would help to demonstrate that an adequate inspection was not performed. Andy stated that he stood behind her inspection, that her height was not a contributing factor and also replied that it was out of his hands. Grace M. Santa Teresa, M.D.

Never ever go to Enterprise when Hertz is an option!! I would not ever recommend them to anyone!! Beside the employees being blatantly rude and disrespectful they require way too much personal documentation. Which they wanna make sure they get paid I get that but anyone in that office could have used my info for fraudulent purposes. Hertz doesn't require even half the things Enterprise does. The employees at Hertz are always friendly. And the rides are always top notch @ Hertz!!
