I've been renting a car every month for the past year and my experiences have been great each time. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. Also, I don't wait long at all when I go in to pick up my rental car, and the cars are great.

I've rented cars 5 or 6 times from this location and have had only one experience that wasn't perfect.  I booked a car on the website and was called the next day to be told they didn't have any cars for the dates I'd chosen.  I asked why the system took my reservation and was told that there had been a glitch in the reservation system the previous night.  I feel I should have been told that they would find a car for me at another Hertz location.  But I was notified at their earliest convenience so that I could make other arrangements.  Maybe I'm expecting too much.

The manager was a bit snippy and short with me. I was trying to get her to explain something and simply because i wasnt understanding what she was saying she said "okay well im not going to waste my breathe with you"....woman all i want was an explanation sorry you couldnt explain it to me in a different way for a 3rd time. Moneka was really nice and she blamed it being a "Monday". Hunny...she was like that last time i tried to rent a car from them. Maybe they should find someone that can handle mondays. Thats no excuse to be rude to a customer. I was as nice as i could possibly be ecen though everything in ne wanted to catch an attitude right back.
