I had a terrible experience trying to rent a vehicle. Their policy for using a debit card cost them a $600 rental. FYI for SUVs and trucks they only take credit cards. If you use a debit card for other classes of vehicles you have to have 2 pieces of documentation showing your name and address such as utility bills. I won’t be back and I have shared my experience with family and friends.

Went in a night before my reservation to make sure everything was ready for the next day. Awesome customer service.

Horrible Customer Service. I had tried to use the Kiosk at the BX on Keesler AFB, but they were not there, that day. They didn't post anything letting anyone know that they weren't open. Two other people were waiting at 10 AM for them to open. Anyways, I called to see if they could do a pickup because I didn't have someone to drive me to the business. I was arranged pick up in an hour. I called them ahead of time to let them know I need some more time and arranged a pick up 2 hours later. I arrived at the pickup point and waited for an hour after my pick up time. I called and asked about the driver and the employee told me he was on the way and would give me a call as soon as we hung up. I waited an extra 30 minutes. I called again and inquired about the driver. They didn't even send one. Another employee told me that they would send another driver within 10 minutes. Guess what? No driver. It wasn't until 30 minutes after that that I finally get a call from the driver. They wasted 4 hours of my time. Overall very unprofessional and I hope no other stores are like this.
