The customer service reps were okay but I've had 2 mechanical issues with vehicles in under 30 days. The information on their vehicles is always incorrect. They never know the correct parking spot. It's just amazing that a company as large as Hertz would allow this kind of mismanagement. The only reason I gave two stars is because the customer service reps didn't give me any issues trading out vehicles.

The Hertz staff at Gulfport/Biloxi airport was amazing! They provided fast, friendly service that exceeded my expectations. Hertz is now my preferred rental car company for flexibility, competitive cost and variety of vehicles.

Everyone was polite professional and very accommodating. The car was clean  I unknowingly left my phone in the car when I was checking in the airport and they ran out and got it to my relief. I would definitely return to Hertz again. Thank you

The worst experience I've had in years with a rental company. I needed to exchange my compact vehicle for an SUV or Truck for work in order to carry large boxes. Called ahead of time and was transferred to 3 separate people who finally said they have SUVs available. Once I show up, I'm questioned about the reason I need a larger vehicle, which is none of their concern, I'm paying more so what would they care. At first she said there is nothing available and to come back another day (I think this was because she had her McDonalds on the desk she was waiting to eat). I told her I saw about 10 SUVs in the Hertz section, and she backtracked. Finally after wasting an hour of my time she said the system won't let her. Terrible service, terrible vehicle choice, I will never rent from this Hertz again. Not even an apology.

The help at the airport was rude an need to be fired I was on hold for 15+ minutes an got sent to the automated service so hung up an call right back an someone answers on the 3rd ring so my question is why was I on hold for so long??
