I rented last minute so I was thankful they actually had cars to rent. I however didn't want to rent a truck but that's all they had. The employee called before I drove there to tell me that they only had a truck even thou I rented a crude online which was nice.  Then I got the price that I planned on paying. The employees were friendly and helpful! Only down side was trucks cost alot in gas.

I always like to support local business and while the front desk was very pleasant and easy to work with, the car was dirty.  Husband and I have rented cars a lot on vacations in the US and this was the dirtiest car we ever had.  Previous user must have had messy kids or a dog.  My husband used the car-  I would have brought it back and gone elsewhere.

Always great service..I rent from this location  a lot - and half of the time I get an upgrade. When I've had to change plans, they've always been very helpful.

The intake person was very nice 
As for the car, I didn't know I had ordered a below budget car.

Visited twice in about 7 months as I've needed to rent a vehicle while my car was being repaired. I rented through insurance and it was completely hassle free. In and out time was about 10 minutes. Returning the rental was about 5 minutes. Also, they've upgraded my rental from standard to an SUV, no charge, simply because I'm my parent's main transportation and they're elderly which makes it difficult for them to get in and out of vehicles. So they upgraded me to an SUV to accommodate them as well.  Both times they had a driver pick me up at the repair shop and drop me back off at the shop when it was finished being repaired. The driver on returning to the shop was different each time, both male, however, they both were very courteous and polite. The pick up lady was the same and she wasn't as communicable/ sociable. But overall, I have no complaints. I will be renting from them every time I need a rental. Oh and the vehicles are clean and well maintained.
