This is my third time using Enterprise in St. Cloud. I have had great experiences every time. The staff are very friendly. They have helped to pick me up a couple of times as well. The drop off and pick up process is a breeze, and they have automated services to make it very quick. The location is very convenient and the hours are reasonable. Great service, and great experiences with the employees.

Absolutely great deal, easy to reserve, pick up and return. Very happy with my free upgrades, gave me a sweet car, I usually wouldn't have had the opportunity to drive. Happened to notice the tabs on the plates were expired before I left town, called them and within minutes I was back on the road. Will definitely rent with Enterprise again.

Best place in area to rent a car. Great prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking sucks tho. Small lot.

Enterprise in St. Cloud is a rip off. They money they told us would come off the card is not what they took off They quoted us a price in the building and then charged our card extra. Be very careful about renting from this location. Maybe go to hertz. At least they do what they say. If one of your employees make a mistake take time and make it right with your customer. Losing one customer is a big deal. Worst place ever to rent from. Check your credit card constantly cause they Charged us more than what was quoted to us twice and did nothing to fix it except say I will talk to the employee. Not a good thing.

While the customer service was very friendly and they did everything possible to suit my needs, the need of a credit card set me 4 hours back and I had a 16 hour drive
Ended up being a 22 hour drive due to gas stops, a blow out, and the credit card issue
Would recommend for excellent customer service just make sure when you head that way and make your reservations that you read the fine print and have your ducks in a row
