Even though as a travel agent I could rent a car online and get a commission, I find I get a better rate and better service by simply calling this branch and telling them what I need. The former owner, Jim, was always top notch and the new owner, Randy, is equally so. Some of the critics are upset that they close early on weekends, but this is a single-person, small office, and it's just not possible for him to be there all day, every day. I have rented vans here several times annually and have never had a problem.Ever. They ask that renters return the car/van full and clean, and that's okay with me. They also do now have a drop box, so returning the vehicle after hours is easy.

The entire rental process was very quick and smooth.  Return was a breeze.  After all the horror stories I have read about renting vehicles, this experience was GREAT.  No undue pressure to purchase a bunch of add-ons - they were offered and explained and then we chose what we wanted.   Great experience for us as first-time vehicle renters!

Rent elsewhere if possible.Jim should be relieved of his job. Has a very bad habit of lying to customers..One Star

UPDATE, Randy the new Agency operator is just what this store needed. Friendly, honest and very responsive. Change from 1 to 5 stars because he deserves it.
