I rented from enterprise 3 times but then i switched to another company, the first time I booked a full size car and they gave me a New beetle (i don't think its a full size car!!!!) the lady didn't change the car type at all in the invoices but when i returned the car the guy told me that he is going to change it to the correct type, just because of him  i booked a second time from them and everything went well, but the third time they didn't want to give me the car that i wanted i told him to give me a VW brand car which he had ready and proposed me a Nissan!! its simple i don't want to drive a Nissan with a 2.5L i wanted to take the VW because it had a 1.4TSI engine which consume less than the Nissan!

I rented from this location from April 30 to May 2, 2017. Due to many flight delays and cancellations, I had to make several different rental car bookings to accommodate my unpredictable flight plans. The Enterprise staff went above and beyond to help me out over the course of my constantly-changing travel logistics. Also, from what I witnessed, staff were friendly, patient, and professional with all customers, regardless of how difficult and unreasonable the customers were. Special thanks to Jana and Dave for all your help earlier this week. I would highly recommend Enterprise YXU - great job, folks!

this company is.totally a scam, it says 285 at online.reservation but actually charged 838 dollars. no ticket and damage at all at the car rented

Horrible customer service! I had an outstanding balance (apparently) and was not contacted until 2 months after the fact by text no less! With a threat to report me to collections within 4 days!! Very unprofessional.
