Excellent experience from start to finish. Worked with Ben for actual rental process and Roger gave me a ride back home. Friendly and efficient staff!

Made a reservation a month in advance for a Mini Van. They waited 24hrs before to try to call me to say that I can only do a credit card deposit for the vans, but my phone was disconnected due to moving. 

They could have called me weeks before so I would have time to put money on a credit card to prepare for the rental but wait till 24hrs before pick. No credit card takes only 24hrs to refill!

I have had the run around from Car Rental Agencies but if you ever get a Chance this Rental on Horton St. RULES!!! I would love to Thank James and his Helpful Staff for going out of there way when I needed someone to take care of Rental Matters.  I became a Regular and rent for 2 months at a time, or Weeks .  Cheers your all an asset to Enterprise :)  Keep up the GREAT work Team . TY TY

Best experience I've had renting from enterprise. The woman that helped me was so friendly and made the rental process seamless and easy. When I came to drop off the car I didn't even have to go inside she recognized me and met me outside to go over the drop off. I highly recommend this location for rentals.

Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Aussie leads a great team, I've had a pleasant interaction every time I've been in there. Everyone is attentive and friendly, I told them once I was renting a car to get to a job interview, sure enough when I dropped it off they asked me how the interview went. All the little things are done right here.
