I feel incredibly disappointed. 1 month ago, I rented a vehicle from Hyde Park location and realized I left my eyeglasses inside their vehicle upon dropoff. After leaving several messages, I was finally reassured that they had been found and were being held at their wharncliffe location. When I drove to wharncliffe to pick up my eye glasses, no one knew what I was talking about and couldn't find them. The manager on duty took my phone number and told me she would follow up on the Monday. I am yet to hear from her, and it's Wednesday. I'm frustrated from lack of care and communication.

I was a bit late to pick up my truck. They had given it away. However, they did upgrade me to a larger pickup for free. This was fine, but it also cost me more gas, so I didn't end up gaining anything. Overall, they seemed good.

I rented a car that was essentially unsafe and below standards. The tires on the vechicle were not suitable to road conditions and put my boyfriend and I at risk by allowing us to leave in it. We had to cancel our plans to see family and felt the situation could have been handled better. 

They did come pick up the vechicle when I expressed I did not feel safe driving it and upon the vechicles return to eneterprise I was called and  offered a full refund. However, after a conversation with an employee I did come to learn that issues with the tires seems to be a somewhat common occurance. Perhaps thats why my refund was issued with out question.

Over all level of customer service was good though!!

Usually I have good service at the one on Wharncliffe. This time the service was bad and it was the manager who was serving me. I will not go back there as long as he's the manager.

My wife and I are visiting from Alberta due to family emergencies and my dad tried to rent a car with one or both of us as a secondary driver. Apparently in Ontario, secondary drivers need a credit card as well. I've never had this problem before and now our plans to visit her father have changed. We are extremely disappointed and while this is out of the location's hands, they could have mentioned it a week ago when we booked the rental. They told us to go next door only to find out they're out of car rentals for the week.
