Picked up a rental here while my car was being repaired and the service was excellent. They picked me up from the repair shop and my rental was waiting for me when we arrived. I think I spent 10 minutes getting my car/filling out minimal forms and then was on my way to work. The car itself was in great condition, clean inside and out (in the middle of winter!). I would highly recommend using their services.

The relationship that my insurance company has with Enterprise made getting a car quick, easy and inexpensively when my car was damaged in an accident.  The Collision Center had my car for 2-3 weeks longer than estimated.  Enterprise rolled with it, no questions or concerns or extra charges.  That all was great.  Only 4 stars because the car I received was received back and flipped quickly and was still a bit dirty when I received it, the license plate was expired, and the customer rep at the counter was more interested in his private phone conversation than helping me when I returned the car.   None of this would cause me not to rent from them in the future.   Given all the good in my experience, I probably would go there first in the future.

SImply The Best!! Brian Mark is the BEST manager. He is responsive, knowledgeable and hardworking.  He helped me out when I was in a huge bind!  Customer for life!!

Brian was one of the most pleasant gentleman that I have ever met. The car that I had for a couple weeks was brand new and in excellent condition.

Wow these guys know customer service! I was hit by another driver and needed a rental. The other insurance company basically left me stranded at my work without a ride home. I called enterprise to see if the insurance company called them at all and enterprise verified they did not. Well Sterling hooked me up!  A few days later I wanted a smaller vehicle because I no longer needed the huge truck. Bryce and Brian literally had a new car ready for me in 10 minutes. Getting hit really sucked, but these guys made the transition into a foreign vehicle painless.
