Well all you Super Stars out there.....let me tell you about my fine experience with Chris, Fred, & MacKenzie at this location. I was treated well with all of the dignity & respect a Human deserves...Everyone I dealt with were professional and on the ball & made great efforts to handle my needs in a quick and timely manor. They made the experience of renting a car so easy and pleasurable that I almost want to come and rent something every couple of weeks. I came to them cuz my 20 year old truck broke down. They were a great solution to my transportation needs...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars Guys,... Thank you.

I reserved an Intermediate SUV at $58 per day in Feb.  When I arrived, I was given a Mustang for my vehicle.  I told them I would have to look at the weather because a Mustang in winter would be rough.  I was then given a Fusion as an alternative (Full Size Car).  There looked to be no snow so I said ok to the mustang.  The next day I looked at my reservation and noticed the Intermediate SUV is what I reserved.  My fault for not catching it but I rent a car about every week.  I spoke with Thomas and asked that my rate be adjusted to the full size vehicle ($40 per day) since that is what I was offered and given.  Thomas in a rude manor told me that I was given a premium vehicle ($48 per day) and that somehow that is better than what I originally asked for.  I tried to explain to Thomas that in Wisconsin, when a customer asks for an SUV they want the 4x4 and the Mustang is not in demand in Wisconsin in Feb.  He continued to argue with me about this and when I asked for an SUV like I reserved then if I am paying for it he said they did not have one..  I got completely fed up and asked to talk to the District Manager Mackenzie.  I explained to her the issue and she admitted that it should not have even gotten this far and made the adjustment.  She was great!  I rented from this location the week prior saying I needed a Ford and they gave me a Chevy Malibu with a Ford Fusion sitting right next to the car they pulled up.  I rented over 60 cars last year from Enterprise/National and you think this branch could go the extra mile for their customers.  I also worked for Enterprise right out of college and understand their business and this is by far unacceptable practices at this location.

Online reservations we're super simple.  Picking up the vehicle was just as smooth.  It was a very quick, efficient process and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful.  I would most definitely rent from this facility in the future!

The wait was a bit long. They pushed their insurance coverage too hard. But they were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff there is very friendly, very nice to work with.   My my constant complaint is that even though they wash the exterior of the car, they don't clean inside really at all.   Crumbs, smears, food between the seats.   I had to detail my car before my trip.   I should not have to do this!

Again, they are great to deal with and will upgrade you with a courtesy upgrade, but they need a better cleaning service.  I'm starting to consider other vendors because of this.

I'm increasing this a star because a recent trip they gave me a great car again, and knew it was dirty but got it all vacuumed and  clean for me first.   I still they they need a more thorough process for cleaning the vehicles but the staff there makes up for it in spates.
