Super friendly, accommodating and efficient.  Nice car, clean inside, even smelled nice. Smaller office but you're in and out so fast it doesn't really matter.

Have used Enterprise for years for both personal and business rentals. Never a bad experience. They hire young, friendly professionals who are given the authority to make decisions and accommodate the customer. I plan to continue to use Enterprise forever. Plus their Enterprise Plus club is great. Allows me to upgrade and earn free rentals.

This is the third rental from Enterprise. I've had 2 good experiences but this last one, not as much. It's my fault, the vehicle I asked for was way smaller than I anticipated and it was SO uncomfortable. I called Enterprise right away but they didn't have anything bigger to exchange it with and told me to call other Enterprises I'd be passing on my trip and they'd gladly exchange it for me. Well, that would of been great except I called five. 2 didn't answer and 3 didn't have anything to exchange with me. The vehicle itself had some dash light that kept coming on and flashing and the vehicle was still dirty from the last people. IE candy wrappers under the seats and such. BUT, as I said, I've rented 2 other times from Enterprise and will continue to rent with them. I'd rented an I-pass that didn't work and they refunded me the $ and gave me a great discount for my trouble. They are a good company, I just got a bad vehicle. I'll know better next time.

I have used this location multiple times and every time the service is fast, courteous, sociable, and professional. If the car in my class was not available, they simply upgrade at no additional cost. Customer satisfaction is based on the small things.
