Again polite professionals abound at this location. However, for the second rental in a row now, I have found it necessary to pay to clean a "new" rental so as not to put my guest in a dirty vehicle.

Their service in the area of cleanliness has appeared to take a real "hit" in the last few months. Having said that they are still the best in town!

As always the people are very courteous and friendly. They are very quick and there are no surprises. Whenever I go I know I'll be leaving out of there in 10 to 15 minutes with a car. And they seem like they actually like their job and helping people

Great experience! Assistant Manager Patrick Gwamna was outstanding ... taking a bad situation (hitting a deer, which prompted my need for a rental) and creating a positive, hassle free transaction. Outstanding customer service!

The overall process of renting went smoothly and the staff in Coralville is very professional. I like the idea of knowing my entire costs, which include any taxes, etc. I don't really understand why it's more difficult to rent a car when a Debit card is involved, but I suspect you have your reasoning. The car was new and enjoyable to drive, although it hadn't been cleaned properly (on the inside). Juice bottles and other wrappers were found. Overall a good experience.

I dropped off a car at this location. I was instructed to leave the keys in the car, so I did. I dropped it off on Saturday night and called on Monday to make sure they had the vehicle. The gal that answered the phone was really put out that I didn't use the drop box, she was very rude and said she was going to check and get back with me. She never did, her customer service skills left much to be desired, I called the Burlington office and the manager there helped me way beyond his duty, I am grateful. Here is the kicker, I parked the car at the front of the store, the closest parking spot. They told the manager from Burlington they looked in the WHOLE lot and couldn't find the vehicle. When told where it was, they found it immediately. Definitely not going to that facility again.
