Top notch customer service.  They were very busy when I arrived and did an excellent job of taking care of the line of customers.  The staff was friendly and knoledgeble.  Extra thanks to the Assistant Manager, Sam for his assistance.  Keep up the great work!!

My experience with this location is amazing, they are very friendly respectful and go over and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied I love these employees at this place.. They make you feel right at home. My rental experience has been great I will continue to come to this location

I have been a customer of the Dodge Road, Enterprise location, numerous times in the past two years. Never once, have I been disappointed in their service.   They have had to pick me up, and also given me a ride back to my daughter's house.  Kristian and Katie, have always been accommodating, and gracious in how they have treated me.  I have also witnessed how  wonderful they treat each customer, both in person, and on the phone.  Even at the most hectic of times.  Great service!!!  And, I  will continue to use this location everytime I come up from Florida.   Keep up the wonderful job you all do!!

Very friendly people at this rental location. I was picked up and dropped off back at home. Got a free upgrade on spot because the car I had asked for was unavailable and I was very happy about it. I returned the car almost during the closing hours of the location and there was no one available to drop me off. However, Kristian agreed to give me a ride home on the way back to his place which was very nice of him. I would have given a 5 star if my car was clean inside. It wasn't cleaned properly and had some greasy stuff in the bottle holder space and under the driver seat. Also, the fuel gauge was not accurate which I complained upon vehicle return. Otherwise, a positive experience overall!
