taken really a good care. No problems with the car at all. Even I got a free upgrade which I am very happy about. Costumer service is really good.

I live about 1/2 hours away from Cedar Rapids where Reem is located...I would not choose another place! A deer hit my new RAV 4 when they got done with it you could not tell my 2017 vehicle was in a boxing match with a deer. I could not find this kind of work done in my local area! They let me know when they were starting up to the finish of working on my RAV....I was always well informed!
The people treated me very well...they new I was devistated after not having my vehicle that long and a dang deer got me!
They treat you with respect (This downy happen much) some places are rude!
After everything was completed I received a long STEM rose as other customers Have!
I have a lifetime warranty with them for my vehicle on the parts they replaced....

Staff is very helpful and upfront. They even saved us some money from our originally reserved cost. Family-friendly.

star is far more than they deserve! I first received a vehicle that had what looked like bodily fluids smeared all over the leather seats. When both me and the auto body shop complained, I was given nothing but attitude. When picking up the replacement, I got even more attitude. When I called to secure a different rental a week later (repairs were taking longer than anticipated and I needed a larger vehicle), the exceptional employee on the phone said "forget you, go to Enterprise across the street!" before hanging up on me! I'm still in shock that they find this kind of customer service acceptable!
