Vehicle was wonderful, staff was friendly.  I wish they had explained the process of picking up at my location in Cedar Falls, driving back to the Waterloo location for paperwork before I then had to drive back to an appointment in Cedar Falls that I was late for because I was not aware of the process.

My experience with Enterprise has been an excellent rental car service. Customer service is excellent and I had a problem with a vehicle while on vacation and Enterprise picked up the vehicle and brought me another vehicle and I thought that was superior service.
Keep up the good work and the customer service that you provide.

I made reservations online for a cargo van.  I was told it was available but when we got there, they didn't have one.  We had to take a small pickup and the mattress & box spring had to be tied down because they wouldn't fit.  Fortunately, it didn't rain until on our way home after delivering them.
