Before I've had a good service. But today, made confirmed to pick up the Van.. 30 minutes later I got a phone called not available the Van, it's happened before make me frustrated.

In and out quick.  Clean car. Gave the guys at the desk a lil sh** and they gave a lil back... That's how you get 5 stars!!!

I rent often and have had only great experiences.  Staff is always professional, helpful and work to make getting in and out easy and quick!

Not fond of the new automated phone service that fields calls before I get to talk to the team at the Cedar Falls office.  Would recommend staying with live on-site person answering the call.

In the past I've had great service, but today was an exception. Customer service was horrible- the person I spoke with was reading from a script and was more concerned with gathering data than determining what I needed from Enterprise. I've come to expect great service from Enterprise (they've saved me more than once during air travel changes) but the phone experience left me frustrated and car-less.

Enterprise has always been my favorite place to rent a car. They are very easy to work with and take the time to explain the cars features.
The only stumbling block I ran across this last time was buying gas from them.  The price was only 3.02 a gallon, but the catch is you have to bring the car back empty. The only way it is a benefit is to come back totally empty, which is impossible.  When I returned the car they charge for a bone dry tank so I ended up paying about 4.00 a gallon due to what was left in the tank. Lesson learned...bring the car back full. : )
