I recently had the need of renting a car, which also included the need to be picked up and returned home. My vehicle wasn't working and I needed to be at a meeting in two hours. 

I called Enterprise and they had a car for me and a driver. There was a brief wait between the time I was delivered to the Enterprise office and leaving with my rental. There were three people working in the front and others working in the back. This was an obviously busy place, with many repeat customers. 

The Enterprise staff handled every encounter with respect and courtesy.  I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone who needs to rent a car.

Excellent staff at time i used service.  Rented car to drive from NE to PA.   Only complaint is about corporations inflated drop fees on a one way vehicle.
