Quick and easy. Car was ready to go when I checked in, front desk guy was nice and efficient. Have rented here a couple of times, will continue. Highly recommend!

This is the worst enterprise location ever never rent from here..they charged me 100 dollars for detailing for few stsibd on the back of car rented..when told them not to charge my credit card on file thy just did that..the manager discriminated and spoke in a very condescending manner when asked to refund.

Rental car was fine, but gave it to me empty so the first place I had to go was a gas station.  Annoying on a busy morning!

As I left my MKC 2015 for maintenance at Stivers Ford lincoln,Waukee  and they offers me a rental car from Enterprise Rent-A-car. The smart lady who handed over me the car key explain me to have protection for car even I have my own car insurance. so I agreed to have protection plan and left the place. Actually I am living in Grinnell and working in Clive.During my way to home  car windshield chipped with stone piece from another vehicle in front of me on the hwy I-80 East.Then I informed and left a massage regarding glass chipping......next day when I returned car , I have nothing to pay ...I am very thankful to the Lady  and appreciate for explaining for protection plan.

They never answer their phone during business hours, or get back to you from voice mails. Highly unprofessional.
