Ease of reserving, was great.  Delta did it all for me, best experience ever and I got a discount.
However, getting the car was a little rough, as there was nobody at the desk and 6 or 7 of us waiting.  Finally one of the other rental counters called one person down and was able to ring them out, and the counter person came in from outside.  Not sure what she was doing out there,  but once she got back, it was a slow process with only one individual.  I am guessing I waited more than 20 minutes to get my car issued.  Other than that, there was no bad experience with the car or the return.

I rent a lot from this location in Sioux Falls and always have great customer service. Car is always ready and clean. Super friendly staff!

Unlike the horror stories you see online, I wasn't overcharged, nor did I have unnecessary charges to my card. They were pretty friendly, but not easily available by phone. I got my car returned just about an hour early, and to my surprise was not charged the last hour! Offered me a free upgrade (still a fuel efficient/smaller size vehicle as I wanted, just not a compact). Car was in good shape and ran well for my long weekend drive. I highly recommend renting a car if you are looking for low fuel mileage, to save miles on your car, or to have that smooth ride and ultra-cool A/C your old ride lacks! Thanks Enterprise.

I left a note when dropping off the vehicle and was NOT contacted in any way to offer an apology or ask how they could make things right. I travel for business and the past 4 out of 6 times I've rented a car from Enterprise, after using them for years, has been awful: waiting for hours in the heat (AR) at night when my RESERVED car was not available - this has happened twice. This time, there was low tire pressure in the driver side rear tire and I was in SD driving East to West completely across the state. Also, the car (a new car) did not start and took 2-3 minutes before the jump started the vehicle. I was concerned it was the alternator. Like I said NO REPLY FROM ANYONE. Another recent experience, also in SD, my vehicle had an alignment issue so I had to fight against the pull while driving from Rapid City to Sioux Falls. They gave me 30% off my next rental. So disappointed.

Check in was a breeze.  Nice clerk.  Had an off hours return, everything on the bill was correct.  A very good rental.
