Bad phone setvice/customer service. Cancelled my reservation and never called to let me know. Good customer service at pick up day from the guy I dealt with. Car not so great, smelled bad and could have been cleaned better.

With all the changes that have happened recently this is still, in my opinion, the best staff Enterprise has.   They always pick me up and take me home. My husband is ill so this is a great convenience.  I feel like they are family.

Great experience with this office.  I had a pickup scheduled for Noon on a Saturday but was able to get in earlier to get my rental.  They had the car I had requested ready to roll.  Agent was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient (in//out).   Dropped off after hours and dropped the keys in the convenient lock-box.  Receipt was in my email inbox first thing the following morning.

As always, the pickup and drop off was flawless. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in only a couple minutes.  The staff is friendly and courteous. The car I am given is always clean and ready to go. I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great rental car experience to give Enterprise a chance. I have rented cars all my life and I can honestly say I have never had such good service from a company. From the first call to a very warm and friendly  woman named Patience who set up the rental to the Manager Anthony who showed me to my car it was just a great experience. The car, a Hyundai Sonata, was clean and made the trip from Charlotte to Washington DC without any problems. I will definitely be renting my next car from Enterprise.
