Staff was extremely helpful, picked me up at my house and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Car was in excellent condition and it was a great value for the trip. Return was easy and the staff actually inquired if there was anything they could have done better. I had to tell them that the service was perfect!!!

Overall the experience was good. However there are a few things to note, for a better experience. Although I filled out information prior to pick up. Finishing the process at the counter still took quite a while. After inspection of vehicle, information was given with regards to insurance verbally, but during this time, that was not understood. And that me signing was for this purpose. I thought I was signing off on agreement of rental, as it is now done on a tablet. 
All was cleared up in the end. I look forward to renting in the future.

Customer service is good at the store. I've never been disappointed with their service.  However, I'm not sure who it was that decided at corporate that removing all video entertainment systems from their fleets, but they must not have kids. And if they do, they've never traveled with them a long distance. I have rented from here many times and have always been able to get the entertainment package for our 12 hour car ride. I was shocked to show up to find that Enterprise doesn't offer these packages any more. Poor form indeed. I'll be finding a new rental car company that thinks about the families that use their vehicles.

My rentals are for business related trips.  I chose this location because it is located near my home and traveling to the airport is inconvenient.  Also, this location usually has sufficient inventory to support my reservation request.  As a business rental client I have become spoiled with the speed and economy that competitors and the larger airport locations provide.  I do not enjoy these perks at this location or with Enterprise.  I do realize that I have not earned gold or elite status with Enterprise yet but I am disappointed with the long wait when picking my vehicle up or returning my vehicle.  This neighborhood location is mostly used by patrons that are renting for personal usage or insurance claims.  The long waits are inconvenient to me.
