After all the extra travel to West Columbia for a reserved pickup which wasn't there, I was sent to Enterprise on Highway 378 in Lexington. I want you to know that my time of pick up was at 10:00 am. These guys was unprofessional in all aspects of the business. I want you to know that I left without a vehicle because no one tried to help me. At the suggestion of my husband we went to Greystone store, where I purchased my car and was able to get what I needed within 30 minutes. That's service with a smile. I would  never venture out to any of the other two stores. I wasted time and gas and no one seemed to care that my day was delayed by this misfortune. I finally got a truck at 1:30 pm thanks to the Greystone office.

They were really nice from the time I got there until I pulled off the property. The car was clean and very new. No problems with this car thus far.

Customer service at this location is by far the best I have ever received from Enterprise. They made sure I was comfortable with my vehicle before I made payment, unlike my last experience at the Lexington location.

In my opinion...This place is very unorganized and very unprofessional. I was called at 8:30 a.m. And told they wanted to pick me up. I told them I didn't need a pick because I needed to drop my car off at the sales location next store. When I arrived there at 10:00 a.m they still didn't have a car ready and I  had to wait an hour for a car they had across the street.
 All this was set-up by Enterprise Car Sales and they still failed to understand that they (Car Sales) was paying for this rental and they charged me. (After time I did get my money refunded back), but when your given clear direction on who to bill and this is your everyday job.... You should be able to handle this. They couldn't. Also. the rental car was filthy and smelled horrible! 
(Garners Ferry Road Enterprise was 100% more organized and very friendly)

Wasn't a bad experience all together. It's just I put a 200.00 deposit down and only got 70.50 back.
