On a seemingly chaotic Friday, I experienced a much longer than anticipated wait time due to an abundance of rentals transpiring. My patience wore thin, but when I noticed how the employees were diligently ensuring guests were comfortable, offering refreshments and carrying out tasks that were not within their ordinary job description to process the rentals more expediently I could do nothing but respect their work ethic. My representative, Antonio, provided exceptional customer service. I must also commend the branch manager, Nygel, for recognizing my patience upon return and extending a personal thanks. For these reasons, I would recommend this branch and will utilize them for all rental needs in the future.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at HERTZ rental company. I came into Enterprise moments after leaving the previous named location and instantly I was put at ease. The staff was very, professional,  friendly, and we're empathetic to my situation.  They took care of me promptly! These young,  fresh faced, professionals saved my business trip. I will only ever go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car company from that day on out. They have a customer for life.

I have used enterprise multiple times in the past for work purposes. This past time I had to get a rental car because I was having work done on my car at the dealership. Since the work was under warranty the dealership was paying for the rental. The associate who got me the car asked if I wanted their protection plan and gave me the price. I figured since I wasn't paying the cost of the car and it seemed so low, why not?!  Needless to say I was socked multiple days later to find out it was not a flat fee, instead a daily rate. I ended to paying close to the cost of the car in extra protection. I feel like they did not take their time to explain the fee and were out to make extra money.

I hope to never need to use Enterprise ever again. They say they need your credit or debit card just in case of an accident, and charge your card and refuse to refund your money. They will tell you they will refund your money and never do. Be careful when giving your card.

This particular location has absolutely outstanding service. They treat you professionally, and tend to your needs extremely well, with courtesy and respect. They were punctual in delivering the car. They were accommodating and even though we have another Enterprise location within a mile of us, we will highly recommend this location at 3014 Two Notch Rd, Columbia, SC 29204, which is 7.3 miless away.
Highly recommend this particular location, absolutely.
