These guys were great!! Josh was extremely helpful with my 2 month rental after a bad auto accident. I was so impressed by the rest of the team as well. Cody ensured that my needs were met with the right vehicle. Maddie greeted me every time I came in. I was able to switch into several different vehicles and Julia was instrumental in making that a seamless transition. I even had to take one car back to the airport location and Nicole and Tim there did a great job as well.  The Fairview location is by far the best car rental facility in the valley. I pass by the Meridian location and drive an extra 4 miles to come see these guys. I would totally recommend to anyone to do business here whether it is for a pleasure rental, auto repair or insurance claim. Keep up the good work and I will be back again soon.

I have had the pleasure of renting numerous times from the 9213 W Fairview location in Boise Idaho. Manager Cody runs a great team. Maddie and Josh are prifessprofe yet extremely accommodating and friendly. I have suggested this site for other friends and family members and I plan on using them regularly!

The customer service here is beyond incredible. My family and I rented a minivan for a cross country trip to SC. Anytime I had questions, or if I needed to make a change to my rental, they were cooperative and understanding. We ended up staying a little longer than planned so I called and asked of we could tack on another day and the woman said it wasn't a problem and she would do it right away. Picking up the car and returning the car took less than 10 minutes each. Very amazing team!!! I'll work with them again in the future!!

Reed is a super nice guy. I was in the middle of rushing to buy a car; and, I regretted but I was rude on the phone to him. (I know that's not a good excuse. My bad.) but Reed was still so nice when I showed up at the store to drop off the rental car. I was late - only five minutes before the store closed, but Reed kept the store open a little bit even after office hour just for me. He even gave me a ride back to the place where I bought my car. Wow, how can someone be so forgiving and so professional. Thank you so much again, Reed!!!

Miserable. If you have an insurance claim DO NOT CALL ENTERPRISE! You must order the car over the phone from some operator who doesn't speak English to well. Frustrating!
