Customer service was good. The car was great too. But, be careful when you are picking up your car. Make sure all the scrapes, minor dents on the car if any are documented. I made a mistake when inspecting the car, I didn't see the very minor dent on the trunk area. But, once I got home, When I was loading my luggage for the trip, I observed it. I thought of calling them, but, I told myself they would know that there was this thing before my pick up. But, when I returned the car, the guy who inspected the car didn't say a word. But, he informed the manager about that. I started wondering if I was gonna get ripped off for something that's not my fault. I don't know what happened between them. But, they didn't charge me.The car was a Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD. It's my mistake as much as it's theirs for not getting it documented before. Everything else was fantastic. This was my second visit to this location. My experience the second time was better than the first.

Sent to Enterprise by my ins co  following my car mishap.Got a car quickly but it was a gas guzzler and they didn’t tell me it would cost more per day. When my rental insurance gave out I would have to pay more. When inrrturned again they replaced the gas guzzler so I was happy for that. It was quick service and professional.
