I found Hertz people are good at this location.  I ordered an SUV and got a great car at a wonderful price.  I like Hertz best of all the rental car company.

I landed in Newburg(NY) wednesday and I stopped at Hertz rental. 
Outside was bad and snowing but the lady at Hertz was just fantastic and very useful. Infact she provided to give me a clran and running car  outside the terminal. 
I am 91 years old and she helped me to get safe to my car. 
Thank gou Hertz to have such wonderful and considered employ

Deceptive, with a poor attitude toward customer service.  I made an online reservation for a 1 day rental, because I needed a car while mine was in for service.  I declined the collision damage waiver coverage ($9.00/day) because I did not need the coverage due to coverage from a credit card I was using.  When I picked the car up, I did not look closely, so apparently I signed to accept that coverage, even though NO mention of it was made during the transaction at the counter.  The next day, I called to extend my reservation, and I informed the agent I did not want the coverage.  I was told that I needed to call the location directly, which I did.  I was informed by an employee that she checked with the manager (Jennifer) who said since I had signed for the rental when I picked it up, they would not remove it.  When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she had stepped out, and it wasn't known when she'd return.  I called back later, and was told the same thing.  I need the car, thus why I rented one, so I am stuck with the agreement as is.  Hertz billing said they only can help after the rental is complete and it is paid (Yeah, I'm sure they will be motivated then!)   Never again from Hertz!
