Horrible experience.Do not do service with these people! Not only was I charged an extra$70 on the rate from the time it took me to get from my house to the place to rent the car , I am still waiting 2 months later for my refund of  the$70 and 3 days of car rental,  since I returned the car 3 days early. Carrie, in the office, is very unprofessional can could care less  about helping me to get my money. Like I said, terrible experience

This week has been the work in my life regarding a rental. I picked up the rental at the Newburgh, NY location at night on a Friday I guess since they were so rushed they did not take time to vacuum clean or check the car. There were crumbs everywhere,  a random pen, a child's leap from in the back seat, and a beach ball in the trunk. I wanted to get the fuel option but it wasn't even offered when I asked for it he said it was too late and if I wanted it he would have to recharge my card. He also never asked me what card I wanted to charge it to and just did the one on file when I wanted to use a different one. There was a dent and long black scratch on the car that I was not told about but when I saw it in the light of day I grew concerned that I would be blamed for it. I tried to extended the days but they told me I could just keep it until I was  ready to turn it in without telling me that everyday I would be charged an additional $74. In additional to the $277 I was charged initially and another random $91, and a $3. And when I do return the car when my rental amount should be $159.28 I get charged an additional $431. For a grand total of $1,024 being put on my credit card right now. When I called them with my concerns over the charges especially since my credit card is now maxed out they tell me that the billing office is closed and I can't get any assistance. It sure is convenient how I can be billed so much while they are closed though. Worst experience ever. And I used to love you guys over anyone else. I am a Gold Rewards member and was planning on renting with you two weeks from now. So disappointed.
