My experience was great.  I arrived and someone quickly attended to me. He was friendly and let me know all about the vehicle that I was about to rent.  He was very informative and invited me to ask questions.  I was excited that he could do everything from within the car. That little gadget he was using was great.  I was in and out of there in 10 min., 15 tops.  It was great.  Even when I returned the vehicle they, again, attended to me promptly and was done with everything within 10 minutes. I enjoyed my experience with Enterprise and yes, I will rent there again.

Let me start by saying the associate Leke was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he would get five stars. 

I got rear ended and needed a rental. I dropped my minivan off at the body shop and was picked up by Leke in a Ford Focus. I have four kids and use one car seat and one booster, which is a big reason I drive a minivan. When I talked to Enterprise four days before needing a rental I specifically asked about the type of vehicle I would receive, I was told it would be a minivan or comparable, like an SUV, and since the insurance company of the girl who hit me would be paying for it I thought it was all good (ERIE Insurance, who also screwed everything up and will get one star). When I arrive at Enterprise they tell me I will be taking the Ford Focus. I can’t fit my kids inside a compact car, hence the minivan. Leke handled everything and I ended up in the only vehicle available to accommodate me at the time, an Expedition. He told me ERIE will be charging me $15/day, and I need this for 15 days. I’m irritated that I was told one thing by Enterprise and then given something totally different, AND being charged for their mixup when the freaking accident isn’t even through any fault of mine. 
But Leke, again, five stars. He’s in the wrong business.

The rep's customer service was excellent..He went out his way to make sure I was satisfied with the rental.  I would go back to the security location again.

Enterprise is just a great company! There when you need them, and have a whatever it rakes attitude, i haven't and will not rent from any other company
