Reserved a car online.  When I got there,  they told me that they were out of cars.  He said that he was going to call me.  I guess I will get a call after a few hours of the pickup time.  Stuck without a car that I relied on.  One star is too generous.

Worst experience everrrrr I will NEVER go to this location again.... I returned their car on time in the same condition I received and I never got my deposit back plus they charged me additional money for nothing.....

My experience was the worst that I have ever endured at a rental company. First it took an hour before someone answered the phone prior to my arrival. Then I get there and there are no cars available or anyone to meet me at the dealership to drop my car off. I had to get my daughter to follow me in my car.   Now its time for me to return my car and I was informed it will take 5 to 6 to get my deposit back. HERTZ DIDN'T represent my past experience. PLEASE ADDRESS these issues.        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LONG WAIT. NO CARS AVAILABLE.

This company picked me up an hour late from the auto body shop which was 11 mins away from them. They would not take my calls when I called to ask where driver was. Must've screened my calls bc the auto body shop got through. No one seemed sympathetic  to my complaint either. Driver didn't even tell me she was there when she finally arrived just sat outside expecting me to know. When I had to make a phone call she acted like it was a problem to turn down the radio which she was blasting btw. I should have known though the autobody shop where I was warned me about this company. 

The good thing I can say is that the car is very nice and clean.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I did hear bad things about Hertz before but never believed it until I tried them myself. We rented a car with Hertz and payed full in advance but they werent able to give the car and couldnt help to solve their problem so they told us to call the number to fix the problem but non of the numbers worked. So we ended up loosing over 100 USD we paid and went with another company to rent a car. This was the first and last time I used Hertz.
