First time was great the agent lied to me I was supposed to get a car of equal size to mine they didn't have any so I was charged extra for a SUV will never go back to that location

Lately, I been having so much difficulties with enterprise. 1 month ago when I needed a rental due to an accident, called 7 different locations and none of them had an "intermediary size car" that fit insurance coverage. And always trying to upsell a different size that required me to pay out of pocket. Today, I called to get another rental, and same exact thing happened.
You want to know, How I am so sure that they are lying and trying to upsell me? Because right after, the Shop that I am at (licensed adjustor/shop) called them for me and ask if they had one available for a client of theirs (which is me) and what a surprise! They did have one. 
Such a dirty business tactic, to a same recurring customer. Such a shame I still need a rental and the guy's insurance who happened to be under the influence of alcohol that caused the accident, only provides rental with enterprise. If it was up to me, I would never rent a car with enterprise again. And this is just 1 out of 4 examples of a bad experience I had with enterprise.
DON'T do business with enterprise if you have the option too. Dirty business.

Great services , the car i did have broke down, so i had to find another locate in the state i travel to. The did give me a Big discount for my trouble

The manager was a joke...he was rude unhelpful and didn't know what to do....I will make sure I take my business some where else, and I want everyone to know, not to go to this enterprise car rental....and they wonder why you take you business elsewhere. ...from now on I will just go to Jessup md. ..customer service here is very important, and the management knows there stuff....never again....I really wanted to wait for his rude ass to get off so I could teach him so manners...fat black ...no haircut or shave,,,there should be someone who looks presentable as manager. ...very unhappy with enterprise. ..6408 baltimore national pike...

I'm a very loyal customer to Enterprise for several years and I generally rent from the downtown Silver Spring MD Location. However, I must say that I am now loyal to Catonsville Entreprise. Brian the Manager is very professional and his staff is top notched. I am very pleased with this location and I now call them family. I will always rent from this location. Trust me. You won't be disaapointed. Customer Service - Super  Clean Cars - Super  Accomodating - Super.  I am a  very satisfied customer.
