Left my phone in the vehicle. I was the last customer of the day 6pm, they were closing while I was there. So I figured, oh I'll get it tomorrow. I called the next day soon as they opened and was told my phone wasn't there. I checked my bank account someone had stolen $1100 from cash app and an additional $300 had rolled over from my over draft account. I called the bank immediately and the police. I checked my Google and saw how my phone left the car rental place at 6:30pm, the rental place closes at 6pm remember I was the last customer, it went to two stores then an address. I gave all the information to the police and got a report. However, I went to the car rental place to speak to an actual manager who seemed very much unconcerned. I turned my car in on a Friday, the car I had rented was loaned out on Monday, the funds were taken Friday night! Do you see where I'm going here....only an inside job could have pulled the theft of my money off.... well the manager said, "he would find out who took the car in and find out if any phone had been found" :-/. I never received a call from that manager nor have I been contacted by anyone  in corporate from enterprise either but I get 3 emails for a survey. I called and wrote to enterprise..well, here it is......don't rent from a thieving enterprise center. Choose another car rental place.

The staff was very nice ready to help. Can't remember the managers name but she was very helpful and did her best to ensure everything was went well with the care and the trip. Will continue to use enterprise.

Yeah five stars,  who would go any place else,  beautiful service,  outstanding vehicle.  Catonsville and owings mills you guys get more than five stars. Heap,  I'm coming back to Enterprise.
