Amazing customer service. When I arrived to pick up my rental they informed me that I was actually being upgraded to the next class up at no extra charge (would of been a extra $60) and walked me out to a beautiful 2017 Nissan Altima which was spotless on the inside and did 35 miles to the gallon. It was my first time renting a car and they walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. There pricing the best by a long shot of 5 different companies I called and now I will only use enterprise.

I have been renting from the Enterprise location in Westminster for approximately 4 years.
I do not own a vehicle so, I usually rent a car at least once a month.
The staff at the Westminster location are a wonderful group of people !!
They are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating !!
Their demonstrations of customer service is second to......none !!
The pick-up service and reasonable rates that Enterprise offers puts them at the top !!

I had to rent a vehicle after I was hit by a truck. The girl was nice and pleasant at first and did a walk around the car with me stating clearly that she would not write down any scratches smaller than a dollar bill or smaller than a golf ball. This is the first time I have EVER rented a car. I pointed out a few things that she explained were fine, (tape residue from shipping? And a small scratch). I returned the car a week and a half later, receiving a call later in the day that I was responsible for the HAIL damage to the roof of this car. I was driving a 2017 Nissan with New York tags. We havent had any hail in Westminster since last winter. They tell me I am forced to place a claim with my insurance to fix the tiny little dents in the roof that were smaller than a dime. They weren't caught by enterprise employees when the car was dropped off from New York, when me and this front desk girl did a walk around, and are now claiming I am responsible because they miraculously appeared in the 10 days I had the vehicle. There goes the bulk of my Christmas fund. I won't be renting from here again. Fraudulent and disappointing that I'm paying for an employees negligence.

The people at Enterprise were quick and helpful to answer any questions I had and made the process of renting/returning the vehicle, simple! I will definitely be renting from them again in the near future!
