It has been a pleasure renting cars from this location. I have enjoyed coming in contact with all of the employees such as: Hannah, Justin, and Branden. Everyone has been so great! I will continue to rent my cars from this location and I will tell my friends as well. Thanks for making it so easy for me.

It was a pleasure to work with Justin. He addressed all my concerns. I was upgraded free of charge because the size vehicle I reserved wasn’t available. The customer service was outstanding. I always use Enterprise as my rental car source.

The service I felt was excellent . The vehicle I rented was much nicer than I had anticipated . The vehicle was ready when I came to pick it up and when I returned the return procedure was fast and efficient. The only problem that I have is I was approx 2 hours late from the time allotted, I had reported that the reason for my lateness was due to assisting two guys from Guatemala  who vehicle was in disrepair. That day was very cold and they had been stranded for a few hours in this small town. The locals was providing no assistance. Fortunately another out of town travelers assisted with the actual repair of the vehicle. My assistance was initially driving them  to a parts store to obtain the parts these gentleman  felt was required to restart the engine.. We also went to a auto shop to inquire of a repair. They were busy and was unable to assist at that time. We then returned to pickup the parts ordered. It was at this time the other out of town  traveler heard of their situation and volunteered  to help(one of them was a mechanic)  The only reason I mentioned this is the time spent caused my lateness. I did mentioned the cause for my lateness with little empathy. I was to be charged 3 hours of additional fees later reduced to two hours. I know everyone has a story to tell but I do have the phone numbers of those men in case they had further difficulties. They were returning back to Delaware.  If Enterprise would like to investigate my story I would be happy to provide the  phone numbers of the gentlemen in order to verify my statements. Therefore removing the excess charge related to my account. Overall after many years of rental experience , Enterprise is a a quality organization and their service overall is second to none in customer service......RDC

I've rented from several car companies and several enterprise locations. This location's customer service goes above and beyond. I recently rented a car twice and each time, the reps were extremely nice. They explained everything and was very helpful. The cars were always nice, clean and up to par. The funny part is I went to this location accidentally but im glad I did, I will continue to use enterprise and this location for all and any renting needs.
