I usually rent from the airport. This place here is wonderful I must say. Service is great. Advice when dropping off the car after hours take pictures a mean a lot incase damages appear outside of no where. That was lesson learned. Or just get the insurance or use your own. But other than that service is great

Rented from Enterprise before, usually at the airport. This time I tried from the local store in Redwood City, California. 

I've recently retired and own a home out of state (paid in full), but I'm back in Cali to assist my son with his home repairs. Because my permanent address is out of state they wouldn't rent to me unless I have (1)proof of income, (2) utility or mortgage bill, (3)a major credit card. (1)&(2) are no problem, I do have the major CC, but it is with my wife (other state), so I can charge it over the phone. They refused saying I have to physically have it and swipe it in the store. 

My son will gladly use his credit card, but they still refused if I'm listed as a driver, even though I have a clean driving record and a solid State Farm policy. 

The prices are good, 4 days for an economy car would be a total of $146.34 (your cost may vary) and I selected them because they will pick me up and drop me off. Unfortunately, the payment/contract restrictions are hampering this time.

This is a great place to rent a car from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Much better than other enterprise rental locations.

My husband and I have always had great experiences here.  The customer service reps are thoughtful, courteous and professional.  Much more than any other Enterprise location we've been to and is our preferred location.  
Just like the other locations, with exception of the airport locations, they have different hours on Saturday so just be mindful of which day you're visiting.
