I needed to rent a large vehicle for my brother who had injured both shoulders and is 6 feet 3 inches tall. He also has trouble with arthritic hips, so vehicle size,  and front leg room measurements were important to comfortably transport him.  I called this Hertz agency and Constatine apologized that he was on the phone with another customer and would get back to me in 10 minutes, would I just tell him the kind of vehicle I needed. I did and he did. He called back and said he could have a Nissan Quest there in 30 minutes!  It sounded like he had to get a vehicle from another agency.  I checked the specs on the vehicle and said yes.   

Then I needed to keep the vehicle an extra day because we had physical therapy and doctor's appointments the next day.  I called and Ravi was very accommodating. I could have gone to a rental agency closer to our house but they did not offer this kind of service.  This is the type of service that we all appreciate and value.  Thank you Ravi, Thank you Constatine, thank you DIana your service is appreciated.   My brother's comfort and care was made easier by your efforts.  K. Blanchard

The staff here is friendly and helpfull. My car was clean, new and has a full tank of gas when I picked up.I had very good overall experience at this place.
