Olivia who works the front desk is awesome. When I came to return my car, she was the only employee present (3 people had called in sick) yet she was courteous and quick in helping myself and about a dozen other customers. This woman is a customer service pro. I'm impressed Enterprise: you hire smart people. Here's hoping Olivia gets a raise, or at least some props.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The process was very quick and the vehicle in perfect condition. Drop-off was even easier. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best car rental locations in the Bay area. Prompt friendly service with reasonable prices. They remember you and make you feel valued. I brought a vehicle back with more fuel than I rented it with and they credited me a free upgrade.

A bit disappointed at first because the vehicle I requested wasn't available,but the women there did the impossible and found me a much better vehicle honoring my original cost. The assistant manager was a bit of a prick, the type of guy that takes his job  way too serious, if it wasn't for him, I would of given a 5 🌟 no doubt. Will rent again though hopefully he isn't the one helping me.

They have hidden fees.. I wanted to rent an economic car for like @288 a week +insurance $360.. When i was gonn pick up the car they were gonn charge me 550 for an economic car iwas like wt... I had to cancell my trip because of these guys...
