I had an appointment for an oil change and had to leave the car overnight.  When I went in the next day I found out they hadn't done the service because the drain plug was on too tight.  I would have appreciated to have been notified before they decided to just not do the service and waste my time.  Also, the service guy had assured me they would send me a notification in case they were ready early or anything else happened.   When I went to pick it up they didn't even bring the car to me, I had to walk through the entire lot in the back and couldn't find my car.  Turns out my car was parked in the next lot over.  Highly unprofessional.

UPDATE: So I just watched the service guy at Oil Changers remove the drain plug quite easily, which leads me to believe the people at Toyota didn't even make an attempt to perform the oil change.

Really like Toyota cars and this location is easy to bike to/from for service. Worked with Lou M. here and when he was at Sunnyvale and have no complaints.

Had regular service maintenance performed on my prius. Josh corteously checked me in and kept me informed via texts on the status of my service. 

It took a little longer than expected. Josh apologized and gave me a $30 discount. 

Great customer care and my car runs smoother. I'm happy.

Made an appointment couple days ahead of time.   Got there and was greeted by Rich.  What a pleasant gentleman.  Waited in the "waiting area" when I received a text from Rich saying car was being worked on.  Sad to say, there was only one complimentary snack item left, so I left it.  No more cookies.  Soon after, another text saying the car is ready.  Walked up to the cashier and paid.  Fair pricing.  Best experience since I've been servicing the '11 Avalon at Toyota 101.  More snacks please.

We came in asking to test drive new a RAV4 with electric seats. The first salesman we met tried to convince us to look at used RAV4s. Only after he discovered that they didn’t have any used ones with electric seats did he admit that he personally only sold used cars and then he got a new car salesman.

The new car salesman asked us if we were retired (we’re not) and then took us on a long, long walk to get to a car to test drive. (He walked ahead rather than speaking with us about what we were seeking.) The car he brought us to didn’t have electric seats. He left us there while he went to get a different car. When he eventually came back driving it he realize that car didn’t have electric seats either.

We may check out the RAV4 at a DIFFERENT Toyota dealer; we certainly won’t return to Toyota 101.
