Very expeditious process. I am very satisfied with Enterprise. My only request is for the Benning Road office be open on Sundays for convenience.

They make thier own policies. And the customer service people dont respect that the other representatives have customers and talk too loud. I went to another location and was able to rent a car there. Dont go there..

In and out. Didn't take long but of course I went as soon as they opened (7:30am). In the initial car, none of the outlets worked. Took the car back the next day and was able to get a swift trade. Everything worked, and despite being down graded to a car smaller than the original everything, including wheelchair and luggage, was able to fit.

I give this location and this company 5 stars. Outstanding customer service from employees and managers. I rented from here not too long ago and i had my rental full term. Im a very busy woman, and it meant a lot that their service is quick. This allowed me to be flexible, and handle business. Making payments were very easy, and everyone was helpful and easy going. They make you feel comfortable. I had a situation I ran into while renting, and they were again very helpful, and also very understanding.  I recommend this company to anyone thats always on the go and need to rent a car, but need a flexible way to pay. I need more hands so that i can give extra thumbs up!!!!!!
