It's a standard car-rental place. The people are pretty good. I did encounter a strange situation, where an employee openly cursed a couple times; I guess he didn't realize I was there. It's a good thing there were no children around.

Was told to come in on wednesday to finally get my rental car. I figured out the ride and everything, got down there, and was turned away and told to come back in 3 hours. Very unprofessional, a simple call would have saved me and my family multiple trips across town.

Car selection was great. Friendly staff on pick-up and on call to find out where my receipt was. Would have rated higher but had to call for them to process my car after late drop off in order for my receipt to process in the system. A call is considered rework to the customer. Thank you
