Great car at a great value.  The Ford Focus (Titanium) had lots of features including navigation, and averaged 38 MPG over a weeks trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton.  Highly recommend!

We booked a luxury car from Budget through Costco. When we got to the counter they had a Ford Focus for us. When I explained that we booked a luxury car and that we needed a bigger car to accomdate 2 carseats they reluctantly said they could give us a Malibu. When I showed our reservation slip they said that "that was a promotional offer". What the heck does that mean?  They refused to budge and not wanting to take any more of our time or the people waiting behind us, we ened up paying additional for a jeep suv. We were very unhappy with our experience and will be sure to let others know.

I had a fantastic experience renting a car from Budget Car Rental in Bozeman!  Jesse was an excellent customer service agent, and matched me with the perfect car for my trip!  He was friendly and professional.  The car was in perfect condition.  There were no hassles or long waits at the counter.  I would highly recommend Budget Car Rental!

Overpriced, and doubled our rate for having the vehicle just a few minutes after our deadline. Shystiness lies within their customer sercice department.
