Definitely the best rental car operation in Bozeman! Got a brand new AWD Rav4 at a great price, couldn’t have asked for any better! Also, the receptionist at the rental desk was super helpful. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have longer hours for airport pick-up.

Absolutely perfect experience!! and saved some cash! Got a brand new vehicle with less than 1000 miles, courteous, polite and attentive staff. Everything after the first call was handled expertly by Tim and Chris. 
Can't thank y'all enough!!! See you next trip for sure!!

I highly recommend this first class operation. Friendly, competent and thorough staff. Very competitive rates for quality cars/suvs. Drop off policy is great - drop off at the airport when you leave and their staff will take care of it. No need to drop at the dealership and navigate a transfer back to BZN. As with any smaller destination, I'd advise booking ahead as inventory can be limited.

I am a man in his mid-fifties who has travelled extensively worldwide and have experienced the rental car experience in may of those places. However, the folks at Toyota Rent a Car were the best by far!!! As we were finding our suitcases they had a man right there ready to drive us to the office. I was at the office maybe 10 mins before they then sent us on our way . We were able to drop the car off at the airport approximately 25 yards from the front door. The were friendly and courteous and if you rent anyone other than Toyota Rent a Car  your crazy!!!

Tim went above and beyond to make sure we left in a very nice rental after an emergency (deer strike). We were actually blown away by the high level of customer service experienced here at Toyota Rent a Car.
