I had a great experience when I needed to rent a car for one day while my car was in the shop. I reserved my car online, and when I walked in to the Enterprise office in the morning, I was greeted kindly and there was no up-sell involved. A streamlined, straight forward process (I appreciate that immensely).  It was easy to return the car and the keys after hours and there were no unexpected charges when the transaction was officially  closed. Thanks Enterprise! You all are half a mile from my house, so whenever I need a car, you'll be the first place I walk to :)

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Extremely rude. Not prepared or knowledgeable.  3-4 reps try to service you randomly at same time which makes everything really confusing and takes too much time to finish paperwork. Changes rates after you make online online reservation. Advice for upper management. Please replace your staff in this location for nicer people who understands respects customer.

Be careful if you’re late. Despite having used them many times before and being part of their loyalty programme, if you’re late they will give your car away. And if they’re sold out then you are screwed as they are the completely rude and unhelpful and lie to cover up their dreadful customer service. They told me the late show cancellation is stated in their Ts and Cs but not in anything that they actually send you. I've been through their website and can't actually find anything that says this! They also said they call customers before cancelling which was another lie. They ruined my weekend plans. Do not use.

Good place to rent a car! The car had an annoying noise at the back door. No other problems!

Great service at store. They were flexible in giving me the best car available. Though don't trust them for any verbal promise. They'll keep passing on the phone to different people and you'll lose track of who was the last person you talked to for a deal. I had particularly bad experience when they promised to charge for one less day, I returned the car at agreed time. When I called, I got an update that your refund has been promised. I call after few days when I didn't get the refund, John tells me "Sir, we gave you a really good deal and not sure who you spoke to but can't process the refund".
