Last minute rental, stopped at the office, the staff were able to help me immediately for the need I had to rent a car for a few days. The Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I later emailed the office thinking that I was going to need the car for 2 weeks which in turn they told me that would be no problem. It turned out they we only  utilized the car for 3 days. The staff again were very helpful taking the car back and understanding that we only needed for the short time. W'ell continue to use Enterprise and the Los Gatos office is my "go to " office in the future.

I was not very pleased with the overall service here at Enterprise. The car that I choose online (Nissan Maxima) was not on the lot when I arrived. Furthermore, there car selection was abysmal when I got there Tuesday morning. I asked them if they had another cars available, where they took me to the enterprise in Campbell where I was given a Toyota carolla. The tire pressure monitoring system (TPS) kept coming on and I had to fill up the tire, but it kept going flat. So when I returned the vehicle 4 days later I pointed this out to the staff and they waived the fees/taxes, which is fine with me because my insurance was paying for the rental anyway.
